Manuscript Style Information:

The paper size is A4.
Only papers prepared in PDF format will be accepted.
Paper Length: Up to 6 pages, including figures, tables & references. At maximum, two additional pages are permitted with an over-length page charge, of Rs. 500/- per page, as per IEEE conference paper guidelines.
Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, #10 point Times Roman font.
Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75″ (19mm). The top margin must be 0.75″ (19 mm), except for the title page where it must be 1″ (25 mm).
Note: Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.
All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Minimum 10% plagiarism (including Self-plagiarism) is accepted as per policy. If a paper results with a high similarity (including self-plagiarism), the paper may not be reviewed and automatically rejected.

1. From the Author Console, click on the ‘Submit IEEE copyright form’ link.
2. The IEEE Copyright Form Submission page opens. You must read the instructions before proceeding.
3. You need to go to the IEEE Copyright Web Site to submit IEEE Copyright Form. The IEEE publication agreement page opens by clicking link. You must Follow STEPs mentioned over that page.
4. Upon completion, there is an option to download the completed IEEE Copyright Form in PDF. Make sure to download a copy of the completed form. When you are finished, you will be redirected back to Author Console.
5. Once you have the file, you may either drag and drop the file into the dotted region or click ‘Upload from Computer’ to upload the file that way. Then click ‘Save.’ Upload this file through CMT account.

1. Go to https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup
2. Enter conference ID as 58933x, your mail id and set the password of your choice.
3. Activate your ieee pdf eXpress account through link received in a mail.
4. Login at https://ieee-pdf-express.org
5. Upload a PDF for Checking or source file(s) for Conversion; get email confirmation of file receipt.
6. Submitted PDFs are Checked for IEEE Xplore-compatibility; source file(s) are Converted to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs.
If a PDF is submitted: you will receive an email stating that PDF Passed or Failed the Check. If the PDF fails, a PDF Check report is attached to the email. Author goes to account and clicks "Understanding the PDF Check Report" for solutions.
If source is submitted: you will receive the IEEE PDFeXpress generated PDF as an attachment, and through your IEEE PDFeXpress account. Review PDF to ensure that it views on screen and prints as you intended.
7. If necessary, revisions may be submitted (PDF or source); return to Step 5.
Make sure that there are no grammatical, spelling,
or content errors in articles prior to submitting to PDFeXpress.
8. When you have an acceptable IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF, submit this final PDF to the conference. Before that, submit the electronic copyright form by clicking Copyright link.

While uploading a camera-ready paper, authors will need the following three files:

Original Source of the Camera-ready paper (File used for conversion e.g. WORD document)
Camera-ready paper in pdf format (Generated by IEEE pdf-express)
Duly filled copyright form in PDF format

All accepted papers will be selected for publication in the IEEE Xplore conference proceedings as per the quality of the paper and the acceptance policy of IEEE Xplore. Please note that an accepted paper will be published in the proceedings and uploaded to IEEE Xplore ONLY if the final camera-ready version is submitted and accompanied by the registration and signed copyright form(s), the fee(s) for at least one of the authors, other payable fees (such as extra page charges), and is presented during the conference. By submitting a paper, you agree to these terms.
